About Dimity

Everyone has a busy lifestyle; whether you're raising kids, have the pressures of a career, are a carer with limited time or just have too many commitments. Despite the best intentions to exercise, it often falls off the list. Sometimes just that little bit of extra support, motivation and incentive will help you take the next step and keep going. I've always had a passion for fitness and found myself helping friends and family get back in shape. Pretty quickly I decided this was something I really wanted to pursue as a career. As a working mother with young boys, I can relate to the challenge of a limited and inconsistent window to exercise but it can be done which is what Next Step Fitness is about. The gap is never as big as it seems.
